How do I pay my membership fee via SportMember?

You will receive a payment email 2 weeks before the dues due date. If you have saved a payment method for automatic collection, you will only receive a reminder email 48 hours before your due date.

You can access your membership fee payment page in three different ways:

1. From the feed in your SportMember app:

When you open your profile on a PC, you will get an overview of all your unpaid membership fees in the feed. To pay, click on Pay

On the payment page you will see information about the price of the membership fee, any administration fee, bank note and conditions that you MUST accept.

• TIP: We recommend that you check "Automatically save my payment card details for future payments" if you expect to continue in the club and want to make payment easy and automatic. Once you leave the club, the payment will stop by itself.

NOTE: The club can decide that card details should always be saved and automatically deduct the next draft.

2. From the payment email

14 days before the payment deadline, you will receive an email with a payment link.

3. From your profile settings

1. Click on your initials/image in the top right corner
2. Click on the Profile settings icon
3. Then click on Membership fee
4. Click on Pay and you will be redirected to the payment page.

TIP: Click on View to see your receipt

Payment via parent profile

If you have a parent profile, and thus access to your child/children's profiles, you can of course pay your child's membership fee on Holdsport via your own login.

NOTE: The child's outstanding membership fee payment does NOT appear on your parent profile. 

Remember to switch to the child's profile by going to  in the top right corner and select the child's initials/profile picture to pay.
